Year's work returned
On July 15 my daughter's school folder was left in a shopping trolley at the Aldi car park in Engadine.
My daughter is in year 11 and most of her year's work is in that folder.
It was actually me (her mum) who left the folder in the trolley after I had told my daughter that it would be safer in my hands while she attended a test at the RMS.
My husband received a phone call from the high school about half-an-hour after I left the car park to say that Zoe's school folder had been handed in to the school office.
Someone had found it and, seeing the name of the school she attended, must have driven there to drop it in to the school's office.
I just wanted to say how very grateful both my daughter and I are for this "random act of kindness".
In the busy world in which we live this person could have easily just left it there and not worried. Thank you.

Hospital 'classy'
Recently my husband needed to go to hospital [with] excruciating back pain.
The emergency ward at Sutherland Hospital was showcased as a very caring, efficient and well-balanced team.
Our thanks in particular go to Tooba, Wendy and Peter. You hear stories about hospitals, but from our experience and on a couple of previous occasions this hospital is a very classy operation.
