St George Illawarra Dragons have extended the contract of Yaw Kiti Glymin until at least the end of the 2017 season.
Glymin, 22, had strained his hamstring in his first-grade debut against the North Queensland Cowboys on Saturday, July 5, at WIN Stadium, Wollongong.
The Arncliffe Scots junior joined the Dragons high-performance unit in 2009 and came through the Dragons under-20s team ranks in 2013.
“I am really happy to have the chance to continue playing for the Dragons, having worked my way up from their junior grades to first-grade over the years,” said Glymin.
‘‘It’s every player’s dream to represent their childhood team some day and I am fortunate to be given the chance to do just that with the Dragons.
“My goal now is to continue contributing to the first-grade squad and continuing my development under the guidance of head coach Paul McGregor.”
