ENGADINE Dragons made it consecutive first grade grand final wins after defeating De La Salle, Caringbah 27-20 on Sunday at Remondis Stadium.
Last year the Dragons thrashed Cronulla-Caringbah, 62-0, in the 2014 decider.
This year they repeated the premiership triumph, with a seven-point win over De Sa Salle, Caringbah.
The 2015 grand finals were played on Saturday and Sunday at Remondis Stadium, Sutherland Oval and Captain Cook Oval, Woolooware in first, second and third divisions.
Cronulla-Sutherland Junior Rugby League secretary Judd O’Shea said the grand finals were a culmination of another good season.
He said there were more than 6000 people at Remondis Stadium, Sutherland Oval and Captain Cook Oval, over the two days.
‘‘It’s been a good year for our junior league and a lot of hard work and effort has been put in by a lot of people,’’ O’Shea said.
‘‘We had 14 clubs participate and our registrations numbers this season are a little more than 4000 players.’’
