Extra charges have been laid against an Illawong man, 58, over an alleged payment of corrupt commissions to an employee at a major multinational company.
Strike Force Englefield was established in late 2014 after the company reported suspicious activity relating to its vehicle fleet.
Police said hundreds of thousands of dollars in corrupt payments were made to a company employee by an employee at a fleet management company.
The Illawong man, who was a fleet management company employee, was arrested at Macquarie Park at 10.45am on Tuesday, March 31.
A second man at the fleet management company was also arrested as well as a man employed by the multinational company.
Police issued court attendance notices on Tuesday to each of the men.
The men aged, 53, 58 and 61, will each appear on one additional charge of being an agent corruptly receiving a benefit in relation to a payment of $145,000.
The 61-year-old man will also appear on an additional 22 charges of being an agent corruptly receiving benefit relating to payments totalling $836,419.
Investigations are continuing.
