FEES for vehicles to enter some national parks will rise on October 6 but users of the Royal National Park have been spared an increase.
Botany Bay (Kurnell precinct only) and Georges River national parks' car entry fee will both increase from $7 to $8 per day.
Camping fees will also rise by between 50 cents and $3.50 per day, depending on the level of facilities.
National Parks and Wildlife Service acting deputy chief executive Mark Peacock said the funds improved park facilities.
"All park entry and camping fees are put back into national parks to provide facilities such as picnic tables, walking tracks, barbecues, toilets and even showers and sewage upgrades in some camp grounds," he said.
Mr Peacock said vehicle entry fees apply to only 45 of the state's 850 national parks.
Annual pass prices will remain the same and allow unlimited entry for a 12 or a 24-month period.
