John Lomax knew of claims CFMEU's Fihi Kivalu was corrupt, royal commission reveals

A covert tape recording showed high-profile ACT Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union organiser John Lomax knew of claims a former colleague, Halafihi "Fihi" Kivalu, was corrupt at least three months before they became public, the trade union royal commission was told on Wednesday.
