To any unfortunate lemming who parked front to kerb (contrary to indiscernible signage) at William Road, Riverwood, near Belmore Road (Tuesday, October 28 about 12.45pm) and consequently was endowed with a PIN from Hurstville madam enforcement officers.
Please be advised that Hurstville Council has a penalty infringement review application policy (introduced by former mayor Steve McMahon) that goes before council for assessment of possible withdrawal of such.
Simply go to the customer service counter and ask for such an application. It is absolutely free of charge to submit.
Simple as creating a PIN in the first instance, but how much paperwork does it create for the council!
