In contrast, the developer, when writing a report on the environmental impact of the development, states there will be no loss of views as a result of the development.
After the units are occupied, the increased delivery trucks, moving vans and parents taking children to the inconveniently located primary schools will increase traffic and travel time.
This will ensure residents on their way to Hurstville railway station, the bus interchange or Westfield shopping centre have plenty of time to judge the relative merit of blue sky or of four concrete monoliths, two at least 18 storeys high.
