FROM the classroom to the recording studio, Dion Condack is making soundwaves alongside a passion for teaching.
The aspiring music teacher, who is training at Beverley Hills Girls High School through the University of NSW, is about to release a new album, Suddenly.
Dion has been involved in musical pursuits since he was nine, including doing voice-overs for television commercials, singing with Opera Australia, and as the composer and director of various choirs at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts.
He was a music exchange student at George Washington University in Washington DC while studying a bachelor of music and education.
He is mentored by Simon Kenway, his vocal coach. Suddenly will be released as part of a concert on December 5 at Seymour Centre's Sound Lounge.
