EXODUS Youth Worx will hold its inaugural street festival in Rockdale on November 28.
The non-profit organisation helps young people aged 13 to 30 with problems including homelessness, drug and alcohol dependency, school issues, neglect and abuse.
Assistant manager Christina Milad said they hoped the festival would raise much-needed funds and awareness for the organisation.
"We give the kids an opportunity to do something else other than just hanging out," she said.
"The more kids we take off the street the less crime we see and the community benefits.
"We know the kids by name so we're not just treating them like a number."
Money raised from the festival will go towards the iWork program, which gives basic skills to people deemed unemployable.
Funds will also go towards their arts program and updating technology.
There will be stalls, rides, food, emergency services demonstrations, arts and crafts and a special-effects make-up artist.
Popular pop-up bakery Knafeh will have a stall to tempt passers-by with their tasty treats.
