Three people were taken to hospital after a neighbour dispute at Peakhurst became violent overnight.
St George Police were called to Walker Avenue at about 10pm yesterday, responding to reports of up to seven people fighting.
They arrived to find four people injured after bottles and pot plants were thrown.
Neighbours called emergency services after hearing glass shattering and seeing a group of up to seven people fighting on Walker Avenue in Peakhurst just after 10pm on Wednesday.
A NSW Police spokeswoman said it was not immediately clear what triggered Wednesday night's fight, but witnesses said there had been simmering tensions between two families on the street for a while.
Two males, 16 and 22, and a woman, 50, suffered cuts and bruises.
They were taken to St George Hospital.
The woman was admitted for further treatment.
The men were treated and released.
None of the injuries were described as life threatening.
A fourth person, a woman, 37, was treated at the scene.
Inquiries are continuing.
