136 cannabis plants found in Oatley raid
A man, 20, will face court today after more than a hundred cannabis plants were found inside a Oatley house.
At 7.30pm on Monday Redfern police went to a Boorara Street home.
During a search they found 136 cannabis plants in three bedrooms.
The plants have an estimated street value of $445,000.
A man, 20, was arrested at the scene and taken to St George police station where he was charged with cultivating a prohibited plant (commercial quantity) and use/consume/waste electricity without authority.
He was refused bail to appear in Sutherland Local Court today.
