Man charged with drink-driving with son in car

St George police were patrolling Queens Avenue shortly before 7pm on Friday when they stopped a white Ford Fiesta.

A roadside breathe-test returned a positive result.

The man was arrested and taken to Kogarah police station.

Police said once at the station he became aggressive toward officers and spat in their face.

He was charged with driving whilst under the influence, resisting arrest, offensive behaviour and assaulting police.
