Wallet returned intact
A big thank you to the good Samaritan who found and handed my fully intact wallet to police recently. It fell out of my handbag in the Cronulla Mall late Saturday night - my faith in mankind has been restored!

Nasty fall in heavy rain
I would like to publicly thank Sharon (I only know her first name] who I think is - or was - a certified life saver.
I had a nasty fall recently in Caringbah in heavy rain and Sharon insisted on taking me to Sutherland Hospital in her car to be checked over. She made sure I was looked after before she left and has since phoned to check on me.
She was about to do her shopping with her young daughter but made sure that I was looked after before she left me.
This kind lady could have avoided getting the drenching that she got but she stayed with me until I was cared for.

Dog rescued in park
On Sunday I was walking my little Maltese terrier cross in Cooper Park Engadine when a large black dog rushed at my dog and attacked him.
I was terrified as I am disabled. A very kind young man came to my rescue and grabbed the dog. He tied it with rope to a fence. The man rang the police and they took charge of the dog.
I do not know the young man's name but I am very grateful for his kindness.

Taxi rank fall
I would like to thank all the kind people who came to my husband’s assistance when he tripped and fell outside the post office near the taxi rank at Caringbah on April 18. Special thanks to the taxi driver and ambulance who gave him much assistance and help.
