A man has been charged after Sutherland police found drugs, ammunition and fake notes during a car search at Alfords Point on Monday.
Sutherland police were called to Alfords Point Road at 8.20am after drivers reported seeing a ute parked on the side of the road.
Police said during a search of the ute they found drugs believed to be ice, ammunition and counterfeit notes.
The driver was arrested and charged with possession of a prohibited drug, possession of counterfeit money and possession of ammunition without holding a licence or permit.
He has been refused bail to reappear before Sutherland Local Court on May 9.
