Staff and volunteers at the Sutherland Shire Animal Shelter have come to love Ivy since she was brought in back in January.
Ivy, a three-year-old unknown cross breed appears to have had lots of previous obedience training.
Animal Shelter team leader, Lisa Wray said Ivy has the looks and the smarts to impress any dog lover.
“Beautiful Ivy is the entire package,’’ Lisa said.
“ All of the shelter staff and volunteers adore her and she has lots of love and affection to give.
“She loves all games, whether it be playing with her many toys or playing chase. She loves her daily walks with the shelter volunteers and is always on her best behaviour.
“Ivy would be greatly suited to an active owner or family who enjoy spending time with, exercising and having fun with their dog.
“She is incredibly smart and loves to show off her special skills and impress her people which makes her all the more desirable and adorable.
“We know that there is a special someone out there who will love her just as much.’’
Residents can meet Ivy and the many other dogs and cats housed at the Sutherland Shire Animal Shelter at 8 Production Road, Taren Point.
