Sonny Susilo, Christian Democratic Party (Fred Nile Group) candidate for Barton, writes:
Sonny Susilo was born in Indonesia and migrated to Australia in 1995.
He completed a Business Information Systems degree from University of Wollongong.
Sonny has been living around Rockdale, Kogarah and Blakehurst area. He is married and has a two years old son.
Besides English, Sonny is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and can communicate in Malay and Chinese (Hakka dialect) language.
He has been an active member of Life Centre International Church in Arncliffe for more than 20 years.
Sonny has built his career in the IT Industry.
On the Federal Election 2016, Sonny is an advocate for:
- Federal Corruption Watchdog – to stop the rot. We want to fight corruption and keep politicians honest.
- No changes to superannuation – we believe it’s not fair to change the rules and taxes on superannuation.
- No Medicare cuts – We will stop the Government cuts to Medicare and health.
- Keep Aussie assets, Aussie owned – Stop the government selling off our vital national assets to foreign countries. We will oppose the sale of major Australian assets to foreigners.
- Traditional marriage – We will defend the definition of marriage as one man and one woman. We have been defending marriage for 35 years, and will continue to do so.
- Protect children – stop ‘Safe Schools’ program. We will fight to protect children from the increase in sexualisation and abuse. This includes removing programs like ‘Safe Schools’
