Sometimes you just can't get annual leave.
Keith Urban was every part the working husband and dad when he took the stage on the night of his 10th wedding anniversary on Saturday, calling his wife Nicole Kidman in the middle of his set.
The 48-year-old singer FaceTimed Kidman, 49, and kids Sunday Rose, 7, and Faith Margaret, 5, in the middle of his concert at the XFinity Center outside Boston.
"Kids in the car and everything," Urban remarked as he spun his iPhone around to show his family the crowd.
"Love you baby," he said, blowing a kiss to the screen. "I'll call you soon."

Urban told the crowd his family had originally planned to fly to Boston for the big day.
"We booked the tour at the beginning of the year and June 25th was going to happen in Boston," he explained. "And so, I said to Nic: 'I can't work on our anniversary and so maybe we'll play Boston another time'. And she said: 'What about I come up to Boston instead'? I said: 'That's a great plan'."
Videos filmed from the crowd show cheers quickly turning to boos when the audience learnt of how the couple's plans to spend their 10th anniversary in Boston were ruined when Kidman's filming schedule was bumped back a month.
"Suddenly they said: 'We're actually gonna shoot the film in June in Australia', which threw everything out. So after the gig tonight I am flying to Australia to celebrate our anniversary."
Urban then took his audience on a "little bit of a journey" through his relationship, showing a picture from the couple's very first meeting, at the G'Day LA gala in 2005.
"It's not often that you get to get a photo with the person who's going to become your partner for the rest of your life on the very first date, as a matter of fact within minutes of meeting each other," he said.

After the concert, Urban thanked his fans – some of whom had made "happy anniversary" banners – for an "extra special night" on Instagram.
Urban and Kidman first met in January 2005, five years after Kidman separated from her first husband, Tom Cruise.
Speaking to The Ellen Show in 2013, Kidman revealed that it took Urban four months after that first meeting to actually call her.
"I'm like, 'You didn't love me at first sight, you didn't notice me', and he's like, 'Yes I did but I just didn't let on', but we kind of met and then about four months later he called me,'" she recalled.
They married in June 2006 at St Patrick's Estate at Manly on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Nowadays, the family is based in Nashville, Tennessee, with homes in Los Angeles and a farmhouse retreat in Sutton Forest, south of Sydney.
In an E! News interview at the Tribeca Film Festival in April, Kidman said the couple was going to celebrate the anniversary "all year".
"We just feel incredibly lucky," Urban added.
