Come Friday, August 26 this week, there will be lots of yellow around.
Daffodil Day, an initiative of the Cancer Council NSW, encourages people wear a pin to support someone they know who has been affected by cancer.
The national day of hope and fundraising event raises millions of dollars for life-saving cancer research, support services and prevention programs.
Daffodil Day celebrates 30 years in 2016.
This year’s theme is “For Someone I Know”.
