St George Illawarra players put some smiles on their young fans’ faces last week, holding a school holiday coaching clinic at Kogarah.
As well as training in preparation for their loss to the Gold Coast on Friday night, the Dragons players met and mingled with children at UOW Jubilee Oval, Kogarah.
The young fans made the most of the opportunity, meeting their heroes and collecting as many autographs as possible.
The Dragons went down 32-12 to the Titans last Friday night but will hope to bounce back against the Wests Tigers at ANZ Stadium on Sunday.
Coach Paul McGregor has made a number of changes to the side, with centre Tim Lafai dropped and Kalifa Faifai Loa out with a cheek injury.
Taane Milne has been named to partner Euan Aitken in the centres, with Jason Nightingale and Kurt Mann named on the wings.
Adam Quinlan will play fullback, with Benji Marshall ready to return from a hamstring strain.
Marshall will play his 250th first grade game, while Jack de Belin will reach 100 first grade games.
