Cronulla Caringbah will provide seven players for the NSW interstate women’s team to take on Queensland on Saturday.
The women’s interstate challenge between NSW and Queensland will be played at Cbus Super Stadium on the Gold Coast before the NRL game between the Titans and Parramatta.
Fullback Sam Bremner and centre Corban McGregor have been named in the backline, while the Sharks will also provide the halves pairing of Allana Ferguson and Maddie Studdon.
Ruan Sims has been named at prop while Jennifer Latu and Ruby Ewe will come off the bench.
The team will aim to put an end to Queensland’s stranglehold of the Nellie Doherty Cup.
Queensland had won the trophy 16 consecutive times until 2014 before retaining it with a 4-all draw last year.
