Officer charged after motorcyclist hit with an object
A police officer has been charged after an incident at a random breath-test site in Narwee last year.
On Friday, November 6, the Senior Constable attempted to stop a motorcyclist for a random breath-test on Hannans Road at Narwee.
It is alleged the motorcyclist was struck with an object before he crashed.
He suffered minor injuries.
On Friday the officer was served with a future court attendance notice for intentionally throwing an object at a vehicle / vessel – risk safety.
He is due to appear in Bankstown Local Court on September 7.
