A man has been charged with mid-range drink-driving after being pulled over twice at Kogarah overnight.
At about 12:20am St George police were notified that a car was being driven dangerously in the Kogarah area.
It was stopped on the Princes Highway in Kogarah a short time later.
The driver, 30, returned a roadside breath-test of 0.140.
He was issued with a field court attendance notice and had his licence suspended and seized.
Later, at about 2.10am, police saw the same man driving on the Princes Highway.
He was stopped a second time and again returned a positive roadside breath-test.
He was taken to Kogarah police station where he returned a breath-test of 0.107.
He was charged with mid-range drink-driving and suspended driver.
He has been given conditional bail to appear in Sutherland Local Court on September 20.
