Plans have been released for stage three of the Sharks development just a few weeks before residents are due to move into stage one.
Stage three of Woolooware Bay Town Centre will be built in the area closest to the football stadium on the western side.
Four buildings will include 238 apartments, comprising 92 one bedroom, 118 two bedroom and 28 three bedroom units.
The estimated cost is $64.7 million.
A development application (DA) lodged with Sutherland Shire Council will be determined by the Joint Regional Planning Panel.
Building A is proposed to contain 56 apartments and be located on the southern portion of the site, fronting Captain Cook Drive.
It will have a maximum height of eight storeys above the podium, which provides car parking.
Building B is proposed generally in the centre of the podium, with frontage to a central boulevard.
It will contain 118 apartments, with the building stepping up from six storeys to 13 storeys.
Level 13 of Building B is proposed to contain a single apartment and communal facilities for all residents, including an outdoor infinity pool.
Building C will comprise nine two-storey terrace style apartments along the eastern frontage of the podium.
The apartments have been angled to the north to maximise solar access and views towards Woolooware Bay
Building D is proposed to include 55 apartments in six storeys above the podium.
It will be situated on the northern edge of the site, overlooking Woolooware Bay
The residential component of the town centre was designed to be undertaken in three stages.
Stage one, in the south western quadrant of the site, is nearly competed, and work has started on stage two.
Stage four of the project is for the retail centre and new-look Sharkies club, on the eastern side of the stadium.
Approval has been received to modify stage four from what was originally approved in the concept plan, but a DA has not yet been submitted.
Developer Capital Bluestone has proposed further modifications to stage four, including apartments above the retail area, as well as a hotel and other facilities.
No application has yet been made to modify the concept plan in this way.
