A new restaurant has flown into the dining precinct at Westfield Miranda opening its doors today, September 21.
Flying Fish and Chips is the “casual’’ cousin of Pyrmont’s Flying Fish and the latest addition to the shire’s food fare.
Renowned for seafood and with a passion for seasonal produce, Flying Fish and Chips captures the relaxed, coastal influences of the shire and brings the quality and 14 year history of Flying Fish to Miranda.
The menu features a selection of seafood such as classic favourite garlic king prawns and panko crumbed calamari.
Popular additions of the barra burger and the crispy soft shell crab burger are sure to delight the locals.
For non-seafood eaters there is steak, chicken and vegetarian options.
There is also a kids’s menu. Dessert options include lamington slice and passionfruit meringue.
The restaurant also offers take away for anyone who wants to grab and go.
