The Good Guys at Rockdale have donated products to four local organisations as part of Doing Good Week.
As part of the event the Good Guys at Rockdale gave the St George Children with Disability Fund four Samsung Galaxy tablets to help them with their fundraising efforts.
Stretch-A-Family received three Apple iPad Mini’s to help in their work to look after children and young people who have been removed from their home.
The 4th Kingsgrove Scouts were given a Brother Multifunction Printer with the Rockdale Australian Air League receiving a Nespresso Delonghi Inissia machine.
Good Guys Rockdale Executive Manager Phil Favero said Doing Good Week was a chance to give back.
“It is so important to make a difference in a tangible way, and all acts of kindness embarked upon during Doing Good Week are very personal to those involved,” he said.
“We are passionate about making a difference in our local community and having a positive impact on important social issues.’’
In total The Good Guys will undertake over 500 acts of Doing Good this year, donating more than $350,000 worth of appliances.
