Police are appealing for help from the public to find a man missing from his home in Blakehurst.
Paul Parkinson, 64, was last seen at his home on Vaughan Street on Monday and may have been involved in a minor crash that afternoon.
There are concerns for his welfare because he requires regular medication and his behaviour is considered out of character.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm to 177cm tall with a heavy build and receding grey hair.
He has a fair complexion, brown eyes and wears glasses. It is not known what he was wearing at the time he left home.
He may appear confused or disoriented.
Anyone who may have seen Mr Parkinson is urged to call Kogarah Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
