A local gym has come up with an idea to help people get fit while raising money for the homeless in Sutherland.
B Whipp Fit, in Caringbah, is organising a six-week charity challenge starting on Saturday, November 5. It is free to take part in the six-week exercise program, and participants are encouraged to give back by spreading the word and gaining donations to help the homeless.
The goal is to raise enough funds to giveaway 1000 care packages filled with food, personal hygiene products, and basic necessities.
