True spirit of Christmas
Recently an ambulance service account was delivered in error to the wrong address.
Instead of redirecting the account (over $400) the absolutely wonderful woman who received it - paid it!
She then forwarded the paid account to the correct address (anonymously) with a note wishing the rightful owner a “Happy Christmas” and hoping she was now feeling better.
Mandy, whoever and where ever you are, your extraordinary act of kindness and generosity brought the true spirit of Christmas into blazing focus. Bless you and thanks.

Sold on Coles
I shopped in Westfield Miranda on a recent Friday and returned home with my shopping. The next morning I had to go out and as I was arranging my hand bag I noticed my purse was missing.
We looked everywhere in the house and the car but could not find it. We then telephoned all the shops that I visited. No luck - except when we phoned Coles. I was delighted to hear that they had it.
Thank you Coles and the staff for such a wonderful gesture. I am really sold on you.

Lost wallets returned
Thank you so much to the lovely family who found our lost wallets at Cronulla on a recent Monday morning and kindly went out of their way to return them to us - your thoughtfulness is much appreciated and it’s nice to know there are people like you in our local community,

Elderly shopper assisted
While shopping in Woolworths at Mortdale I had the pleasure of seeing a staff member escort an elderly customer with her trolley of shopping down the travelator, to her car, and then put the bags of groceries into the boot. I thought courtesy in supermarkets was becoming a thing of the past.
