The hits just keep on coming for Bronte Horder.
The 24-year-old, originally from Mortdale Heights, saw her music video for The Eleventh Hour premiere on MTV Australia late last year.
That excitement was on the back of Horder working with well-known producer Mikal Blue (Colbie Caillat, Jason Mraz) before moving to Los Angeles and signing her publishing deal with Opus 1 Music, with the music video to accompany her first single.
The music video is Horder’s first and was produced by fellow artist and friend Chandler Juliet – an up-and-coming pop singer/songwriter from LA.
"I told Chandler the story behind the song and some ideas I had for the video and we were completely on the same page," Horder said.
"She knew exactly how to capture the song the way I wanted people to see it."
The video, which was shot in LA, tells the story of Horder meeting a record label executive and then waiting for him to call her as promised.
"What happens in the video is what actually happened in my life. So it was extremely important to me to get it right. I think we pulled it off,” Horder said.
