Sylvania BMW, has announced that Channel 7 television personality, Kylie Gillies has become an official ambassador of Sylvania BMW.
She will be involved in helping to promote the community projects Sylvania BMW is involved with including the MS Sydney to Wollongong Bike Ride, the Pink Lunch to raise money for breast cancer research, and Ronald McDonald house.
These are all charity events which Sylvania BMW is supporting.
“These sorts of events are very much part of our community culture at Sylvania BMW, and we know Kylie is particularly passionate about these causes,” Sylvania BMW dealer principal Anthony Rodriquez said.
“For us Kylie is a perfect fit. Not only is she one of the most trusted and recognised faces and names in Australian television, she is also the epitome of what a community is all about.
“We are very excited to have Kylie on board, and look forward to working together to raise the profile of important projects. “
Sylvania BMW already has a significant presence in the local community, and sponsor the Sutherland Shire Water Polo Association, the Sutherland Shire Soccer Association, Sylvania Junior Rugby Club and the Taren Point Bowling Club.
“It can be very hard for charities and community group to attract sponsors so when I heard about Sylvania BMW’s commitment to such important causes, I was impressed,” Ms Gillies said.
“The charities the company works with are causes I am very passionate about, and if I can help raise awareness of these important issues than I am really keen to do so.”
