The Cronulla SLSC Crays, one of the oldest surf clubs in Australia, is this year celebrating 50 years of surf success.
The club has more than 600 nipper members and is proud of its junior program that introduces children aged 6-13 to surf lifesaving.
Club secretary Bob Sagar said the nippers program was about having fun and developing a child’s surf confidence.
