Dust off the DeLorean and fire up the flux capacitor as the best of the 80s are back - big hair and big hits courtesy of the Never Ending 80s
Back by popular demand, Australia’s authentic tribute experience, Never Ending 80s, will take audiences back in time to the era of MTV, lycra, fluro, frizz and timeless rock and pop fun.
Expertly smashing out hit after dance-inducing hit by Prince, Michael Jackson, Madonna, George Michael, INXS, Cindy Lauper and more, this three hour musical time warp leaves audiences feeling sentimental but inspired.
“Never Ending 80s is not just a cover band, it’s a musical time machine!” said co-founder and drummer David Sleishman.
“We began with one show and were so blown away by people’s response as they reminisced the most memorable moments of their youth that we’ve really ramped it up with this new show.
“No other decade had the type and volume of huge hits the eighties had.
“We will never see the likes of the icons and pop culture of that era again.
“The loss of so many incredible artists last year has made the world realise just how special this time was.”
In their first year alone, Never Ending 80s played more than 45 hit-driven, energy-fueled shows to sold out crowds and now, their Hot In The City Tour is bringing generations together as those who grew up in the 80s introduce their younger counterparts to its magic for the first time.
- You can catch their show at the Miranda Hotel on March 31.
