The Australian Wildlife Society is holding an inaugural photography competition to raise awareness of Australia’s endangered wildlife.
The competition encourages local photographers to capture the vast wildlife Australia has to offer.
The winning entry will win $1,000 while the people’s choice recipient will take away $500.
The photograph must include a threatened Australian species either fauna or flora.
The competition closes on June 30 with the winners announced in August.
