The ideal scenario is all about being natural and Australia’s fastest growing trade show, Naturally Good Expo is Asia Pacific’s go-to event for the latest healthy food, beauty and home living products.
And local Peakhurst business No Nasties Makeup is excited to be involved.
The show has seen enormous growth since launching in 2015, and this year it will again grow to welcome an estimated 350 companies representing thousands of innovative brands and products that are on trend, in demand, and ahead of the health curve.
Handcrafted by a team of Sydney mums, No Nasties Makeup offers an innovative and stylish range of 100 per cent natural kids play makeup, face paint and hair chalk.
The idea was born when Natalia Michael’s five-year-old daughter Lorena was given a children’s face painting kit but the ingredient list left a lot to be desired.
“I started to let Lorena use my makeup but it was a very expensive exercise,” Natalia said.
“We came up with an age appropriate pastel colour palette ,100 per cent natural which is great for sensitive skin, packaged in cotton bags and recycled cardboard.”
What makes No Nasties Makeup unique is what’s left out of the product – the nasties such as synthetic dyes, mineral oil and paraben preservatives.
Natalia and the team plan to dazzle those attending the Naturally Good Expo with their story and incredible range of natural products.
“We launched our products at last year's expo and now we have 150 stockists and three distributors.”
“It’s great for meeting other people in the industry, new customers, distributors and the whole networking thing can lead to other opportunities,” Natalia said.
As the first food and beverage trade sourcing events to take place at the new ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre, the co-location of Naturally Good Expo and Fantastic Food+Drink will create an unmissable event combining healthy, premium and specialty niches in one giant buyers marketplace.
Running across both events are a range of seminars and interactive advisory sessions, dedicated to helping visitors walk away with relevant information.
With a line-up of both local and international experts, sessions include an e-commerce forum, social media advice, business essentials, and trends and insights to help business owners effectively range for the future and emerging consumer demands.
Both Fantastic Food+Drink and Naturally Good are strictly trade only events and visitors must register.
They are on at the ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, from 10am to 5pm on June 4 and 5.
