The truck driver involved in the crash that killed Danielle McGrath in Caringbah last year has been committed for sentencing.
David William Edward Grice, then 59, was charged with dangerous driving occasioning death and negligent driving over the November crash.
He faced the Downing Centre District Court last week where he was committed for sentencing on February 1.
He remains on bail.
Danielle McGrath, 26, was struck by a truck as she crossed The Kingsway, near the intersection of Port Hacking Road, at Caringbah, at 7:40am on November 8 while on her daily journey to the local train station.
She later died at the scene.
