A trio of hard-working students from St George and the Sutherland Shire have been recognised at the 2017 TAFE NSW Student Excellence Awards.

The awards night was held in Ryde recently with about 200 guests, who celebrated the achievements of TAFE NSW’s most outstanding graduates.

The 21 award winners included Rochelle Humphreys, Patricia Scheetz, and Catherine Donnelly.

Rochelle, from Lilli Pilli, received the Alumni Award for Emerging Talent after completing a Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
