Many mothers with young children will be over the moon to learn budget priced clothing retailer Best & Less is returning to Westfield Miranda.
Rumours have been circulating for weeks, and were confirmed on Tuesday by hoarding advertising.
The store, which will be on the middle level at the western end of the centre, is due to open in November.
Best & Less was among casualties of the 2014 redevelopment, which concentrated on high-end fashion at the expense of affordable clothing for families.
Millers and Sussan also disappeared, but Sussan also recently reopened in the centre.
Many shoppers were finding Southgate Sylvania a better option for clothes shopping.
The turnover of businesses at Westfield Miranda is constant, with many appearing to fail and being replaced just as quickly by new hopefuls.
