It was beautifully warm and sunny today with temperatures reaching 22.7 degrees in Sydney around 3pm.
But don’t toss aside those winter woolies just yet – conditions are expected to change later this week with the mercury dropping to a top of 16 degrees on Thursday.
The Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting south-west winds of up to 40 km/h tomorrow and temperatures will drop by up to 7 degrees on today’s high.
After an overnight low of just 7 degrees, Friday is expected to be mostly sunny with a top of 18 degrees.
The forecast for the weekend is looking good at this stage with sunny conditions predicted and tops of around 20 and 21 on Saturday and Sunday.
