Cronulla Sharks players have joined with hundreds of young people to focus on mental health.
Headspace Miranda’s Jump For Joy event attracted about 200 young people to Sky Zone Miranda recently.
Cronulla Sharks players such as Sam Tagataese attended the event to help spread the message to reach out for support.
“Mental health is something that can affect anyone,” Tagataese said. “By attending events like these we can send a message that it’s okay to go through a tough time and no one is alone.”
The night included jumping, rock climbing, entertainment, and talks. Local businesses got behind the event with Sky Zone, Grill’d, Supre and Westfield generously donating their support, free food and giveaways on the night.
