Thursday:

Mother Syke Brown has contacted friends on social media to say that she is fine.

A NSW Police spokeswoman said they are appealing for Ms Brown to attend her nearest police station so police can verify themselves that she is safe and well.

Wednesday:

St George police are looking for a missing woman and her eight-month old son who were last seen on Sunday.

Skye Brown, 27, was last seen on Morris Street at Kingsgrove, at about 4pm.

Ms Brown is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, with an olive complexion, about 165cm tall, a medium build with long black hair.

The boy is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance with an olive complexion, about 70cm tall and with black hair.

Police are seeking the public's help and there are concerns for their welfare.
