Miranda police have released security images after a mobility scooter was stolen from outside a shop in Caringbah.
About 11.45am on Monday the scooter was put outside the Denman Avenue business to advertise the shop.
About 2pm that day the owner returned to the store and found the scooter missing.
CCTV has been released of a man police believe can help with their investigation.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance aged about 25 – 35 years old.
He was wearing a black t-shirt with white writing, black and blue shorts, sunglasses, and thongs.
