Sutherland Shire Council has given the tick of approval to the dream family home to be built over four blocks of land in the top spot at Greenhills Beach.
A development application for the project was lodged on August 11 and approved by council staff on September 21.
The council online DA tracker revealed there were no public submissions.

The owners are computer technology businessman Ben Richardson and his wife Inger, who have a young family and already live next to the beach at Cronulla.
The house will include the ultimate family retreat, tennis court, and swiming poolin extensively landscaped grounds.
Construction cost will be nearly $6 million.
