A woman, 63, has died several weeks after being injured during a serious crash at Lucas Heights.
The woman was a front-seat passenger in a Nissan Navara ute which collided with a red Holden Commodore sedan on New Illawarra Road, Lucas Heights, at about 5pm on Sunday, October 15.
The ute driver, a 55-year-old man, was also critically injured. The pair were both taken to Liverpool Hospital suffering multiple injuries.
The driver of the sedan, an Engadine man, 18, was taken to St George Hospital with chest injuries.
The woman died in hospital last week.
The Crash Investigation Unit is still investigating how the crash happened.
