Miranda police have appealed for new witnesses to come forward after a female pedestrian, 83, was killed at Caringbah last month.
At about 11.40am on Wednesday, October 25, the woman, 83, was struck by a Hyundai station wagon on the Kingsway, near Banksia Road. She died at the scene.
The 40-year-old female driver of the car was not injured but was taken to Sutherland Hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
No-one has been charged.
Police said the woman was crossing from the southern side to the northern side of the Kingsway when she was hit by the station wagon which was travelling east on the Kingsway.
They are urging any witnesses who have not spoken to police to come forward.
