First home buyers are being targeted with the release of another building in the Cronulla Sharks development.
The Links, in stage three of Woolooware Bay Town Centre, comprises 56 one and and two-bedroom apartments over seven storeys.
Prices for off-the-plan sales in the Links, which overlooks the Woolooware Golf Club course, start at $620,000 for one-bedroom and $845,000 for two-bedroom apartments.
Developer Capital Bluestone said the release was brought forward because of the response to the Crest building, which was placed on the market in October, and is 90 per cent sold.
Managing director Ben Fairfax said continued strong interest was expected from first home buyers following the stamp duty savings provided in this year’s state budget.
An information session for first home buyers and investors will be held on Wednesday November 22 from 6.30pm until 8pm at the display suite.
It will feature Andrew Morello, who won the first season of the reality TV show, The Apprentice.
Buyers with a lot more money to spend are being offered Grove Terraces in stage three, comprising nine larger two-storey, three-bedroom homes, which include ground-floor gardens and upper-floor balconies.
The units are priced from $1.88 million.
