Developer Level 33 has brought forward the construction timetable for its Panorama Blakehurst development at 621 Princes Highway opposite Todd Park after pre-selling 50 per cent of the project’s apartments.
The strong sales for the $40 million, 43 apartment development has prompted the move to commence construction sooner, with completion expected in mid to late 2019.
“While the rest of the construction industry generally takes a break from late December until mid to late January, Level 33’s in-house construction team will utilise this typically quiet period to make a significant dent in site works, at the same time respecting public holidays and council and neighbourhood noise restrictions,” Level 33’s Eddy Haddad said.
“As we build our own developments, we also know how much can actually be achieved within a few weeks on a construction project, so we don’t want to delay works,” Mr Haddad said.
“Bringing the construction forward will be of significant benefit to our buyers and their families.
“The acceleration of construction will also ensure Level 33 is doing its bit to assist in speeding up the delivery of new homes into the chronically undersupplied Sydney market in the short term.”
Will Wehbe of St Trinity Property Group, who is running Panorama Blakehurst’s marketing campaign said the project will have a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and secure resident parking directly opposite the expansive Todd Park and within close proximity to shops and is attracting a range of purchasers, from first home buyers to downsizers.
Prices range from $565,000 to $575,000 for one-bedroom apartments, $730,000 to $800,000 for a two-bedroom apartments, and $980,000 for three-bedroom apartments.
The sales office is located at 8 Regent Street, Kogarah.
Level 33 is a St George-based property developer and construction business that was established in 1999 and currently has around 500 apartments under construction and a further 1000 in the pipeline.
These include the recently announced $200 million, 12-storey development for Regent Street, Kogarah to house 321 apartments across four buildings.
Level 33’s multiple projects are valued at more than $1 billion dollars in Sydney and Illawarra.
