The N20 NightRide service will be extended to include the Sydney Airport precinct and Green Square.
Oatley MP and Parliamentary Secretary for Transport and Infrastructure, Mark Coure MP announced the changes this week.
“Changes to NightRide services are being introduced next month to better meet the changing travel needs of customers and support the evolution of Sydney as a 24-hour city,” Mr Coure said.
“The N20 NightRide route currently operates between Riverwood and Rockdale.
From March 1 this route will be extended to and from the Sydney CBD, providing access to the Sydney Airport precinct, Mascot and Green Square when trains are not operating on the T8 Airport and South Line.
“These early morning services will operate seven days a week stopping at Town Hall, Central, Redfern, Green Square, Mascot, the Qantas Jet Base on Qantas Drive, the International Terminal, Rockdale, then at existing stops to Riverwood.”
New NightRide timetables will also be introduced on all routes, with adjustments to operating times on some NightRide services to better align with late night and early morning train services.
Changes will come into effect from March 1 and customers are encouraged to plan their journeys at www.transportnsw.info.
