New home: Two of the Kogarah residents Barbara McNamara and Pamela Sparkes with Estia health client relations NSW manager, Michelle Fletcher.
Kogarah has welcomed new residents to its aged care facility, wrapping up its two-year project.
The $25 million Estia Health provider, which opened this month, is home to 40 residents who transferred from Blakehurst.
It includes 69 rooms – which are all yet to be filled, a cinema room for movie nights, a hairdressing salon, library and computer hub.
Residents will have access to social activities including Zumba and gardening classes.
There is also an Estia aged care at Bexley.
