Job Description

• Involved with all accounting related tasks (AP/AR)
• Reconciliation of collection reports and rectify posting errors
• Perform cost accounting check and resolve any posting errors
• Post bank statement entries
• Responsible for petty cash claims from boutiques and head office
• Process banking for cheques from suppliers or third parties
• Raise tax invoices/debit / credit notes, eg A&P billings/reimbursements, rent etc.
• Monitor and pursue overdue payments
• Assist the boutiques with processing purchase orders, stock receiving and invoicing as and when required

• Begun or looking to begin CA/CPA will be looked upon favourably
• Accounting qualification
